Joanne joined the company in January 2014 in the capacity of Business Operations Director. She is an experienced professional with a history of success across senior risk and regulatory roles, as a leader of managers, financial advisers, sales teams and affinity groups with global companies such as Barclays Bank PLC, Cigna, the Chartered Accountants Regulatory Body and Senior Business Consultant with Paradigm Partners LLP.
Joanne has significant experience of operational management in highly regulated environments and a strong and demonstrated ability to provide and establish complex advice to financial services companies using detailed understanding of Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulatory requirements and culture.
In addition, Joanne is a successful Executive Life coach and Psychotherapist, qualified and accredited in a number of modalities such as Psych K, a Master NLP and Clinical Hypnotherapist, and was awarded fellowship of ACCPH (Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists). Joanne is also a wellbeing retreat specialist running transformational retreats in the UK and worldwide. She has further qualifications as an accredited Mediation and Mindfulness Teacher, Sound Therapist, Pilates instructor and Children’s and Yin Yoga teacher.
